大家都很會的玉米湯

就因為大家都很會所以想喝就不能漏氣
不過我還只是停留在找順眼的食譜階段~好吃懶做的最佳代表不過如此...

1.蘑菇玉米濃湯

SUPER easy的做法: (less then 10 mins!!)

cream corn (一罐)加水(半或一罐, depend 你要多濃),then boiled it ,
add 蛋花(蛋一隻) to the soup before you served them (since 加蛋花會把湯變濃一點, so it really doesn't matter if you add too much water before you add the egg), turn off the fire.

*not necessary to add any salt and pepper unless you prefer heavy taste
• can add ham and/or chicken breast if you desire

真的不用, the cream corn already have a strong taste..you can give it a try, trust me, cos i do it pretty often..haha....潮流人士覺得還ok 哦!

and...remember, whatever SOUP you cook, add the salt after it finishes cooking and before ready to serve...dont' add salt at the beginning because the salt will make the soup have a minor "sour" taste. (learn that from su-si wong ..he~~)
